Our sales consultant Bill was very helpful in every detail we required. When it came to the on-site stage, it was well managed and no major issues from Day one. Every step was clearly communicated, and every inquiry from us was quickly responded by Matt or Justin. No doubt that they are real experts in their field. Since we had to deal with a rather challenging steep site, we visited quite a few builders' display homes (almost 10) before entering the contract. The communication through out the build process was very good. We solved any issues together to progress the build well before the contract completion date. Our journey with Nuvo started in late 2018, after a lengthy mission of shopping around trying to find a builder who can handle a draft of such detail and intricacy of a classic french house, whilst also being of fair cost. Nuvo appealed to us as they had agree’d to take the challenge with quite a competitive price. Bill Andrew’s the sale manager was very helpful, patient and supportive through out the usual pre construction phase. Matt Moule the project manager, who as I have gotten to know is a very enthusiastic guy who again took the challenge and has paid very good attention to every minute detail throughout the building process until the day of hand-over. Matt makes himself available at anytime, which was very comforting during times despair, and was able to rectify any problems that arose throughout the build professionally, but also efficiently. Im glad Matt was our Manager as I have come to learn that he is not only professional at his job but also a decent young man. Thanks a lot for all Nuvo team for our beautiful Newport newborn. Every member of my family is ready proud of such beautiful house and its everything we have dreamt of.

We built a custom-design home with Nuvo Homes, completing it in January this year. As with any build, let alone a custom one, it can be an emotional time full of quick and sometimes difficult decisions, unpredictables/challenges and compromises on both parts. Nuvo Homes’ responsiveness, integrity and transparent communication maintained our confidence in their expertise in challenging builds and reaffirmed our decision to build with them. We felt they approached all matters with a win-win focus. Our build was unfortunately delayed due to a trade backlog and our handover defects took a while to coordinate, especially given that we had to be home for the trades, which was hard when we both work full-time. After living in our home for nearly nine months now, we can truly say that we have a beautiful, quality home with outstanding finishes that represents the dream we envisaged on paper. Thank you so much to our Supervisor and the whole team at Nuvo Homes for helping us build our dream.

Being from interstate much of the pre-planning, customizing and materials/colour selections needed to be done via email and telephone which they were more than happy to accommodate. Once contracts were signed and construction commenced they constantly kept me up to date with the progress of the build via weekly status reports via email which included photographs. They completed construction several months in advance of the contract end date and hand over was completed with only minor defects to be rectified in the following days... Could not be happier!!

Hi all, I am delighted to say that we got our keys to our dream home today. When we first started the build process, just like everyone, we visited all the display homes and spoke to the so called "major builders" such as Metricon, Plantation, GJ Gardener etc and only found the process to be too difficult and/or their plans didn't fit our block. But we did start the design process with one of the big ones, only to find the cost was blown out as we wanted to customize to suit our needs. So after few months, we gave up with them and started looking for a boutique, custom design builders. That's when we found Nuvo homes and aren't we glad we found them. From the first call, the process has been amazing. Firstly, our initial design process with Bill was just fantastic. We started with a blank piece of paper and designed our perfect home. We made so many changes and Bill was so patient and accommodated our changes. Then the process to start the build was great. Justin from the office was courteous, prompt and resolved any issues immediately without delaying the process. Then the actual fun part, the building of the house. Our supervisor, Brett was just AWESOME to work with. He was very understanding of our needs and worked with us without any fuss. Brett was very flexible to work around our time to meet and discuss the progress. There were couple of minor issues as with any build process but Brett, Justin and the owner resolved it without huge dramas or issues. They even waived our variation fees number of times. Overall, it has been a dream process to build our dream home. There are no horror stories to share here except we love our home and I would recommend Nuvo Homes without any hesitation. Infact, my friend is currently building with them and they have already left a great review as well. Just check them out if you are planning to build your next home. You have nothing to loose. We are so happy we chose Nuvo Homes to build our dream home. We shopped around quite a few builders in South East Queensland for two years before we settled on Nuvo Homes. Jo our design consultant is the best in the business she walked us through every step of designing and choosing what home to build with a smile and plenty of patience. No question too hard and she certainly knows her trade. She passed us into safe hands with Matt our project manager. He is professional, friendly and very responsive to every question and query we throw at him. Our home is still under construction and Matt checks over everything for quality and workmanship. It has been top knotch the whole way. Our family and friends cannot believe how smooth our process has been and how fantastic our house is coming along. We have built before and that process was not great, thankfully I am so glad to say that this time round it has been exciting at every corner. I have just built my family home with Nuvo homes. And would like to extend a huge huge thank you to the team, Starting with Jo Brown. No amount of words can explain how amazing she was. She is a design and sales consultant as well as a valuable asset being on the front line for Nuvo Homes. I had a very small block 356 sqm, and there was literally no other builder that was willing to do the work to try and custom fit and design my home on my block. Jo has met with us week after week and answered all our 1 thousand questions. She was always polite, helpful, experienced honest. She always followed up with and email to confirm what we spoke about or agreed upon. Thank you, Jo for going over and above in every aspect. We LOVE our new home. Being a first time designer build home there was sure going to be some hiccups along the way, I had a few run ins with my site supervisor with regards to incorrect items being supplied on site by the supplier, which was cleared up and corrected after confirming with the office and Jo. As for the director Tim Routledge, he is a man of his word, wherever there was doubt or a grey area in the specs or design, he always gave us the benefit of the doubt. If I had to think of some room for improvement for Nuvo Homes, I would suggest that, with regards to owner design builds, Jo the design consultant should work very closely with the site supervisor during the build. I would also advise that you clearly have a good understanding of the cabinetry design terminology, specs and 3d layouts this can be a bit misleading. A huge thank you as well to our electrician Ron, who knows his stuff and gets the job done and has been very accommodating and gave a lot of advice regarding our electrical lay out. All in all we are very happy with the build and the finish product of our new home, and how I know its really good, every visitor that has come to my home cannot firstly believe that such a huge house has fitted on a 356sqm block and secondly they can’t fault a single thing. Thank you Nuvo homes and I look forward to building my next home with you and will recommend anyone who is thinking about building especially on a tight block or something unique and designer, go pay Jo Brown from Nuvo homes a visit and she will definitely help you realise your dream. Just completed our build with Nuvo homes and couldn't be happier with the result. Communication was excellent throughout the building process, Nuvo were accommodating and helpful - which really took some of the stress out of building. We had a tricky block and character code to contend with and Nuvo were more than willing to adapt and work within our requirements - I would definitely recommend.

Our house it yet to be completed but so far, VERY GOOD. The team at Nuvo are exceeding our expectations. We look forward to our site visits every time and watching our new home grow. The build is going smoothly and looking to be 3-4 months ahead of time. Nuvo are very flexible and accommodating to our requests and minor changes. We love our beautiful home built by Nuvo. Jo was our first encounter and her positive attitude and patience was so appreciated. Tim managed the build and was easy to communicate with, listened to any concerns and made the process go smoothly.
